Projects Completed

The management team at Phoenix Car Stackers are responsible for delivering more car stacker parking spaces in Australia than any other individual or company. This includes some of the largest and most sophisticated systems in the world.

Phoenix Car Stackers is not tied to one manufacturer, therefore we are able to offer the most suitable, cost-effective solution for your project without compromising quality or integrity.

Our client contacted us with a problem. He collects cars, and beautiful ones at that. While this was not his actual problem, but where to store them was.

The solution was a relatively simple one. Install a couple of our VA2HP 2.3 stackers in the garage and he now has four of his lovely cars stored safe & sound.

The final part of the solution will come a little further down the track, as he has more cars to store. Therefore, he intends to extend the garage so that he can install another three VA2HP 2.3 stackers so that the rest of his collection car all be stored in the same place, safe and accessible for him at any time. Perfect.

Pindan required a flexible solution for their new project in the China Green precinct in Subiaco, located on the old Australian Fine Bone China factory site. Flexibility was required for the dependent type stackers (model VA2HP 2.3) to be supplied and installed progressively; before and after the building was completed. This meant that owners, should they decide that they wanted a car stacker, could have their car stacker installed before or after moving into their brand new apartment.

So, to make this happen, Pindan (also the builder for this project) ran individual power supplies for 44 locations in the car park. Because the VA2HP 2.3 model stackers have their own individual power pack and control system, the owners will be able to have their car stacker installed, when-ever they wanted it installed. A truly "flexible" arrangement.

We have already installed the first two of these car stackers (just prior to the owners taking procession of their apartments) with many more installations to follow over the coming months - or even years!

January 2022 Update

A total of 25 units have now progressively been installed.

DevWest needed a car park for their new Origin Apartments project which; did not require a basement, delivered a minimum of 70 totally independent parking spaces and would fit on a very restricted footprint.

The solution?

With their previous company, the Phoenix management team designed and installed a three level system (one below ground and two above) that gave DevWest 71 independent parking spaces. All that we required were two 2.1 metre pits (only where the stackers were to be installed) and an area that would normally be nearly four times the size to fit the same number of on-grade parking spaces.

Working closely with builder Probuild, we completed the installation well inside the tightest of schedules. The system was handed over to the client and all of the users inducted and trained, with the minimum of fuss.

When Zuideveld Marchant Hur Architects came to the Phoenix management team (at their former company) with their problem of gaining an additional 44 independent parking spaces for the new Psaros project Edge, they were keen to see what we could do. Particularly when these parking spaces had to be installed on upper levels of the car park and fit within a very tight budget.

The Phoenix management team designed a system that needed no pits, could be installed on the above-ground parking levels and of course, fit within the budget. By designing a two high system (both above ground) theywere able to deliver exactly the number of independent parking spaces that the client needed, all within an area that would normally require nearly three times the space to fit the same number of on-grade parking spaces.

Like the the many projects carried out for Psaros by the Phoenix management team, the installation of this project was completed well before it was due and with no interruptions to the builder. The system was handed over to the clients' strata manager and all of the users were inducted and trained, mostly (as requested) outside of normal working hours.

With an extremely high water table on the South Perth peninsula and a very tight site, the South Bank project faced the extra challenges of achieving the maximum number of apartments and commercial space. Normally a difficult task, but with the help from our management team, this was achieved without the need for a very expensive basement car park.

After many months of consultation, the Phoenix Car Stackers management team (at their former company) came up with an elegant solution. In an area that it would have been very difficult to create no more than 15 or 16 parking spaces, they were able to create a massive 47 fully independent parking spaces, plus the required disabled bay.

Again, all of this was achieved without a basement, just a 2.1 metre pit created in the car stackers area only.

Although the tight site created major problems for the project builder, we were able to achieve completion on time.

The car stackers were handed over to the strata managers and all users were trained and inducted.
